These Terms of Service apply when you use the Will's & Bill's ("we," "us," or "our") website at wills-bills.com, our online forms, or message us through Google, text message or social media. By using them, you agree to these terms.

Menus, Prices and Hours

Menus, prices, specials, beer lists and hours shown online can change without notice and may not always be current. The prices you pay are the ones in effect at the restaurant when you order.

Allergies and Dietary Needs

Menu notes such as gluten-free are a guide only. Our kitchen handles common allergens, and we cannot guarantee any dish is free of them. Please tell your server about any allergy before you order.

Reservations, Orders and Gift Cards

Reservations, online orders and gift cards are handled by outside services such as OpenTable and Toast. Those services have their own terms, which apply when you use them.

Private Events

Event inquiries, quotes and estimates are for planning only. A private event is confirmed only by a signed event agreement with us, and that agreement's terms (including deposits, minimums, guest counts and cancellations) are the ones that apply.

Automated Messaging

Some of our message replies, including messages sent through Google Search and Maps, are written automatically by AI. They do their best to be accurate but can make mistakes, and nothing they say is a booking, a price guarantee or a promise until our staff confirm it. You can ask to speak with a member of our team at any time. Standard message and data rates from your phone carrier may apply.

Using Our Website

Please don't use our website or messaging to send anything unlawful, abusive or misleading, to submit forms in someone else's name, or to try to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

Our Content

The text, photos, logos and designs on this site belong to Will's & Bill's or are used with permission. Please don't copy them for commercial use without asking us first.

How we collect and use the information you share with us is described in our Privacy Policy.

Links to Other Sites

Our site links to other websites, such as reservation, ordering and social media sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
